PRE-WORKOUT

Composition matters.

The term “pre-workout” describes when a product is used; it does not define its classification, safety, or the efficacy of its formula.

Products containing prescription medications should not be presented as dietary supplements. The presence of tadalafil, for instance, necessitates its classification as a medication and requires individual medical assessment.

A Anvisa clarifies this distinction and warns against use outside of medical indications. This page does not offer medications, nor does it recommend combinations for physical performance.
